Thursday mutterings

Hi, Last night while watching Modern Family, I cut and pinned my next block for "When the Cold Wind Blows" - the Winter Rose Block - Here are some pics I found my box of fabrics labeled "When the Cold Wind Blows",, thank God I kept these fabrics together because its been awhile!     Are you just laying out the pieces looking at the block picture or have you enlarged the block layout diagram and placed beneath your background?

    I am laying them out looking at picture, I left off some of the leaves, but it is the same size as pattern, Mary
